Warren Mendes is a South African chef, TV presenter and food stylist. He most recently co-produced and hosted two seasons of the travel and food series called "Food Trail South Africa" and has completed his classical training at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Paris and London.
This masterclass is all about the "braai" with Peri Peri Prawns (with Warren's secret Peri Peri sauce) and a Charred BBQ Pavlova with Smoked Salted Caramel.
