Applications for 2025 Venue Events & Festival Village Stalls have now closed.  If you wish to submit a late application for consideration, please complete the form below and Email Us to notify our team.

Before you complete your expression of interest, please read all of the inclusions and conditions below.  There are a range of new options that haven't been offered previously, so please contact our team if there is anything you'd like to clarify before applying.

Festival Village

We have a range of new opportunities available in the Festival Village in 2025, including more options for beverage brands, local restaurants and producers to collaborate.

These include interactive pop-up sessions for producers in our Premium Lounge, a new Culinary Stage where local & visiting chefs will collaborate with producers on demonstrations & masterclasses and new premium bar spaces in our giant Village Lounge marquee.

Venue Events

Other than hosting mouth-watering events at your own venue, we are also inviting interest from restaurants who wish to collaborate with us on other events across the festival.  This could be a private dining experience at a luxury property, working with a beverage brand to produce a pop-up restaurant in the Festival Village, or a catering takeover for a beach or long table event.

Please note, there are limited spaces available, for both Festival Village Stalls and Venue Events, so unfortunately not all applications will be successful. The final selections will be determined by our panel once applications have closed.

Venue Events

Host a Venue Event
All restaurants & venues within the Noosa region are eligible

Vendor to Provide:

  1. 15% commission from all ticket sales is payable to the Noosa Eat & Drink;
  2. Two tickets to your event for Noosa Eat & Drink promotions
  3. Details of your event concept – include any details that will make your event unique
  4. Preferred date for event to be held
  5. Are any local suppliers hero’ed within dishes?
  6. How many courses and how many drinks are included?
  7. Will you be collaborating with a visiting chef or anyone else?
  8. How many people do you have the ability to host?
  9. How many people do you need to host in order for this to be viable or are their any minimum requirements?

Noosa Eat & Drink Festival to Provide:

  1. An opportunity to secure a dedicated content piece for your venue, created by Noosa Eat & Drink and featured on Noosa Eat & Drink channels
  2. All ticketing and payment managed by the Noosa Eat & Drink Team
  3. An opportunity for individual event be featured across Noosa Eat & Drink paid advertising channels (Publications/Radio/Press/ National Digital Media Platforms)
  4. Feature in the Official 2025 Noosa Eat & Drink Program
  5. 2x Complimentary Tickets for Festival Village
  6. Feature in our Noosa Eat & Drink eDM to over 30,000 highly engaged subscribers
  7. Dedicated page on our website, including all copywriting
  8. Bespoke tile created for your event that can be posted to your social accounts
  9. Opportunity to have bespoke professional content created from your event, booked, managed and directed by the Noosa Eat & Drink team
  10. Opportunity to collaborate with visiting chefs, restaurants & beverage brands (please contact Noosa Eat & Drink team if you wish to collaborate)
  11. **Final support offered to Guest chef talent will be determined by Noosa Eat & Drink

  2. Pro-flooring throughout
  3. 1m x 2.4m trestle table
  4. 1 x Fascia signage
  5. Tent Lighting
  6. 2 x power outlets, 10-amp output
  7. Staff Wristbands (Village access)
  8. POS card reader (Vendor to provide device, EG: phone or tablet)

Vendor to Provide:

  1. Temporary Food Stall License
  2. All cooking and food service equipment
  3. Branded assets / signage displayed within tent (no external signage permitted)
Drink Stall
3m x 3m Festival Village Stall
25% Commission
$2,200 + GST Visiting Business/Brand Fee
$1,900 + GST Local Noosa Business/Brand Fee

Producer Stall

10% Commission
$750 + GST Stall Fee

Inclusions:

  1. 3m x 3m Pagoda Tent with 3x walls
  2. 1m x 2.4m trestle table
  3. 1 x Fascia signage
  4. Tent Lighting
  5. 2 x power outlets, 10-amp output
  6. Staff Wristbands (Village access)
  7. POS card reader (Vendor to provide device, EG: phone or tablet)

  1. Temporary Food Stall License (if food is to be sold or sampling provided)
  2. Branded assets / signage displayed within tent (no external signage permitted)
Premium Site
8m x 5m Festival Village Site
25% Drinks, 10% Food Commission
$4750 + GST Visiting Business/Brand Fee
$4000 + GST Local Noosa Business/Brand Fee

A Premium Site is available for brands who wish to produce an activation using their own brand assets and/or suppliers.

The 8mx5m footprint needs to include all infrastructure, such as your marquee (incl pegs / weights), furniture or seating, plus positioning any vehicle within your site.

All standard stall inclusions still apply, such as 2 x power outlets, staff wristbands (Village access), POS Card Reader (Vendor to provide device, EG: phone or tablet) and onsite services from the NED team - waste management, stock management, cold rooms etc.

Producer Pop-up
Premium Lounge One hour interactive demonstration + sampling
Culinary Stage Collaborate with chefs on demonstration or masterclass

Inclusions:

In 2025 we have opportunities for local producers to collaborate in our Premium Lounge and at the new Culinary Stage with local and visiting chefs.

There is no fee to participate, however this will be a competitive process and we ask interested producers to submit their concepts for consideration.

Vendor to Provide:

Premium Lounge Pop-up:

  • Perform a one hour interactive demonstration in Premium Lounge on Saturday or Sunday
  • Sufficient product for sampling (EG: canapes for 150-200 pax for one hour)
  • Staff to manage all prep for and delivery of pop-up

Culinary Stage Pop-up

  • Ambassador or talent to collaborate on one hour demonstration or masterclass at the Culinary Stage on Saturday or Sunday
  • Sufficient product / ingredients for demonstration and provision of 150-200 serves (produced for sale following demo)

Noosa Eat & Drink Festival to Provide:

  1. Stage, infrastructure, prep kitchen and all equipment
  2. An opportunity to secure a dedicated content piece, created by Noosa Eat & Drink and featured on Noosa Eat & Drink channels
  3. Feature in the Official 2025 Noosa Eat & Drink Program
  4. Feature in our Noosa Eat & Drink eDM to over 30,000 highly engaged subscribers
  5. Opportunity to collaborate with visiting chefs, restaurants & beverage brands

In 2025 we have new opportunities for premium pop-up bar spaces, inside our Village Lounge, a giant 25m Sperry Tent.

  1. 3m Timber Bar (option to customise)
  2. All lounge infrastructure, including seating, marquee, lighting etc
  3. 2 x power outlets, 10-amp output
  4. Staff Wristbands (Village access)
  5. POS card reader (Vendor to provide device)

Vendor to Provide:

  1. Copy of Liquor Licence
  2. Copy of Public Liability
  3. Copy of Staff RSA certificates
  4. All POS signage, bar styling & custom elements
