Festival Village
We have a range of new opportunities available in the Festival Village in 2025, including more options for beverage brands, local restaurants and producers to collaborate.
These include interactive pop-up sessions for producers in our Premium Lounge, a new Culinary Stage where local & visiting chefs will collaborate with producers on demonstrations & masterclasses and new premium bar spaces in our giant Village Lounge marquee.
Venue Events
Other than hosting mouth-watering events at your own venue, we are also inviting interest from restaurants who wish to collaborate with us on other events across the festival. This could be a private dining experience at a luxury property, working with a beverage brand to produce a pop-up restaurant in the Festival Village, or a catering takeover for a beach or long table event.
Please note, there are limited spaces available, for both Festival Village Stalls and Venue Events, so unfortunately not all applications will be successful. The final selections will be determined by our panel once applications have closed.

A Premium Site is available for brands who wish to produce an activation using their own brand assets and/or suppliers.
The 8mx5m footprint needs to include all infrastructure, such as your marquee (incl pegs / weights), furniture or seating, plus positioning any vehicle within your site.
All standard stall inclusions still apply, such as 2 x power outlets, staff wristbands (Village access), POS Card Reader (Vendor to provide device, EG: phone or tablet) and onsite services from the NED team - waste management, stock management, cold rooms etc.

In 2025 we have opportunities for local producers to collaborate in our Premium Lounge and at the new Culinary Stage with local and visiting chefs.
There is no fee to participate, however this will be a competitive process and we ask interested producers to submit their concepts for consideration.
