To open the program on our final day of Noosa Eat & Drink for 2024, we gather on Noosa Main Beach for a very special event collaboration.

Multi-award winning chef and restaurateur, George Calombaris unites with Sarah Todd, one of the most renowned and exciting names in the Indian food scene.

This collaborative Brunch promises to be one memorable beach feast, with a menu masterfully curated by George and Sarah.

To drink, start with a crisp Rosè from Minuty on arrival, packed with yellow grapefruit, white-currant, blood orange and fresh berries - this Rosè packs a punch!

• Please note, this is an open-air beach venue with limited shelter, so please dress for the weather conditions on the day of the event. In the event of severe weather, the whole event will be moved to an indoor venue.
