Get hands on with our interactive Olsson's Salty Sessions! It’s here that master chefs and mixologists will be spilling all their trade secrets in a series of intimate classes across the weekend.

To finish our Saturday program, we welcome a local distilling powerhouse, Seabourne, for the ultimate Gin Masterclass.

This exclusive Masterclass will immerse guests in the world of gin, led by renowned Head Distiller of Seabourne Distillery, Dylan Campbell.

Guests will learn, smell, and taste their way through Seabourne Distillery, talking through all things gin, distillation, native Australian botanicals and Noosa. You’ll sample Seabourne’s award-winning range of gins and amaros, including the recent Double Gold medalist from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition – the Barrel-Aged (Pedro-Ximenez) gin.

Cap off the experience by taking home a 700ml bottle of Seabourne’s Coastal Dry gin (a back-to-back gold medal winner from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition) – one of Australia’s most awarded gins.

You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase the range of Seabourne products, including their exclusive lab bottled cocktails.
