Back by overwhelming demand, Rose Adam—the heart and soul behind Adelaide’s beloved Middle Eastern café and a fan-favourite from MasterChef—is returning to Humble on Duke for a night of rich tradition, heartfelt cooking, and exceptional dining.

On Sunday, June 1st, Rose will step into the kitchen alongside Stacey Conner, bringing her signature Lebanese flavours to Noosa Eat & Drink 2025. Expect a feast of deeply personal, nostalgic dishes, inspired by the recipes Rose and her mother still cook together for special occasions. Every bite tells a story—one of tradition, family, and the vibrant flavours of her Lebanese heritage.

Last year’s event sold out, and those lucky enough to attend were treated to an unforgettable experience: soulful, authentic food paired with rare and exceptional wines poured by the glass. This year, it’s set to be just as special, with a carefully curated menu featuring Westholme QLD-bred Wagyu and the freshest local seafood from Mat Hubbard’s Prestige Fishing.

• Tickets: $275 per person + booking fees.
