2026 Expressions of Interest

Applications for the 2026 Festival Village are now open!

Before you complete your application form, please read all of the inclusions and conditions below.

In 2026, our Festival Village will offer an expanded, single day program on Saturday June 13, with longer trading hours from 10:30am – 9:00pm. 

We again have a range of opportunities available, from pop-up food or drink stalls to vehicle sites and lounge spaces.  As part of the 2026 EOI process, we are also asking Producers and Wineries to register their interest for a 'Pavilion' style layout, instead of an independent 3x3m Stall.  This option will be created if there is sufficient interest.

Please email us for a Festival Village Info Pack which outlines the festival services we provide, plus images, marketing data and site maps from the 2025 festival.

All Festival Village sites were sold out in 2025 and spots are limited again in 2026.  Please note the closing date of November 26 for First Round applications.

  1. Temporary Food Stall License
  2. All cooking and food service equipment
  3. Branded assets / signage displayed within tent (no external signage permitted)
  4. POS Device, EG: phone or tablet (Festival to provide POS card reader)

25% Commission
$1,800 + GST Visiting Business/Brand Fee
$1,600 + GST Local Noosa Business/Brand Fee

Premium Site
6m x 5m Festival Village Site
25% Drinks, 10% Food Commission
$3750 + GST Visiting Business/Brand Fee
$3500 + GST Local Noosa Business/Brand Fee

A Premium Site is available for brands who wish to produce an activation using their own brand assets and/or suppliers.

The 6x5m footprint needs to include all infrastructure, such as your marquee (incl pegs / weights), furniture or seating, plus positioning any vehicle within your site.

All standard stall inclusions still apply, such as power outlets, staff wristbands (Village access), POS Card Reader (Vendor to provide device, EG: phone or tablet) and onsite services from the NED team - waste management, stock management, cold rooms etc.

If you are interested in securing a Premium Site, please contact us to discuss your concept, after completing your application form.

**Extra Space is available, based on extending one end of your site. Pricing based on adding 1x5m lots (5 sqm) as required.

  2. All lounge infrastructure, including seating, marquee, lighting etc

  4. Staff Wristbands (Village access)
  5. POS card reader (Vendor to provide device)

  2. Copy of Public Liability

Producer Pavilion & Wine Pavilion
Producer Stall $600 + gst
Winery Stall $1900 + gst
