Step into The Secret Garden—a one-of-a-kind culinary collaboration between Essence Peregian and the iconic Gold Coast Restaurant, Rick Shores, where the Asian fusion flavours of the coast meet a breathtaking, nature-inspired setting.

On this special evening, Rick Shores Executive Chef James Brady joins forces with Essence Peregian to craft an exquisite menu of signature canapés, drawing from both Rick Shores Asian fusion and Norte & Sueno’s Latin inspired dishes. As the sun dips over the UNESCO-listed Biosphere guests will take in the hues of red, orange and pink streaked evening sky, while indulging in Mooloolaba Spanner Crab, Moreton Bay Bug & Al Pastor Tacos. The four-hour beverage package features a GH Mumm Champagne on arrival, a selection of signature essence cocktails, a premium wine selection from Pernot Ricard and local favourites Noosa Beer and Noosa Gin.

The Garden Terrace will be transformed into a whimsical oasis, where the air is filled with the scent of live cooking stations and the night unfolds with immersive entertainment. Hosted by Essence’s Managing Director, Tony Scanlon, the evening will also feature exclusive accommodation giveaways for a touch of added luxury.

Adding to the atmospheric magic, Brad Schultz Music (live duo) will provide the perfect soundtrack to this dreamy garden soirée, setting the mood with soulful live tunes as the night unfolds.
