To open the program on our final day of Noosa Eat & Drink for 2024, we gather on Noosa Main Beach for a very special event collaboration.
Multi-award winning chef and restaurateur, George Calombaris unites with Sarah Todd, one of the most renowned and exciting names in the Indian food scene.
This collaborative Brunch promises to be one memorable beach feast, with a menu masterfully curated by George and Sarah.
To drink, start with a crisp Rosè from Minuty on arrival, packed with yellow grapefruit, white-currant, blood orange and fresh berries - this Rosè packs a punch!

- Inclusions: All food & beverages – continuous canapes, plus Minuty Rose and a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages
- Please note, this is an open-air beach venue with limited shelter, so please dress for the weather conditions on the day of the event. In the event of severe weather, the whole event will be moved to an indoor venue.
Ticket Information
- Tickets: $195 per person + booking fees (limited to 100 tickets only)
- Tickets are limited to eight (8) tickets per purchase - large group bookings are not available for this event
- This is a licensed event and all ticketholders must be 18+
- Public on-sale: 12:00pm AEST March 14th
