2024 Expression of Interest

First Round applications for Venue Events & Festival Village Stalls have now closed, however late applications are still available through the form below.

Before you complete your expression of interest, please read ALL of the inclusions and conditions below.

There is an opportunity for local venues to collaborate with visiting chefs to produce an event, or host their own event - both options are available through the application form.

Please note, there are limited spaces available, for both Festival Village Stalls and Venue Events, so unfortunately, not all applications will be successful. The final selections will be determined by our panel once applications have closed.

Venue Events: Late applications for venue events close Jan 15, 2024.

Festival Village: Late applications for the Festival Village sites are subject to availability after November 7th.

Venue Events

Host your own event (option to source your own guest chef)
15% Commission

Vendor to Provide:

  1. 15% commission from all ticket sales is payable to the Noosa Eat & Drink Festival;
  2. A stipend of $500 inc. GST for the Guest Chef / Talent (if applicable)
  3. Return economy flights, plus transfers in Noosa (if required) for the Guest Chef / Talent (if applicable)
  4. Unless advised to refrain from doing so by Noosa Eat & Drink Festival organisers, the Guest Chef / Talent should use their best endeavours to positively promote the Event through marketing channels, including Talent’s social media platforms;
  5. Two tickets to your event for Noosa Eat & Drink Festival promotions

**Final support offered to Guest talent will be determined by the selection panel

Noosa Eat & Drink Festival to Provide:

  1. Ticketing and promotion of your event managed by Noosa Eat & Drink
  2. Accommodation in Noosa for up to three nights for one (1) Guest Chef / Talent (if applicable)
  3. Two tickets to the VIP Lounge at the Festival Village for the Guest Chef / Talent (if applicable)
  4. All Marketing and Media Support in relation to the Talent’s involvement in the Event.
Collaborate (Noosa Eat & Drink to source chef / host)
25% Commission

Vendor to Provide:

  1. 25% commission from all ticket sales is payable to the Noosa Eat & Drink Festival;
  2. Unless advised to refrain from doing so by Noosa Eat & Drink Festival organisers, the Guest Chef / Talent should use their best endeavours to positively promote the Event through marketing channels, including Talent’s social media platforms;
  3. Two tickets to the event for Noosa Eat & Drink Festival promotions;

Noosa Eat & Drink Festival to Provide:

  1. Ticketing and promotion of your event managed by Noosa Eat & Drink
  2. A stipend of $500 inc. GST for the Guest Chef / Talent

$1,950 + GST Visiting Restaurant Fee
$1,450 + GST Local Noosa Restaurant Fee

  1. 3m x 3m Pagoda / Spring Top Tent
  2. 1m x 2.4m trestle table
  3. 1 x Fascia signage
  4. Lighting
  5. 2 x power outlets, 10-amp output
  6. 2 x Festival Glasses
  7. 4 x Staff Wristbands

Vendor to Provide:

  1. POS system
  2. Branded assets / signage displayed within tent (no external signage permitted)
Drink Stall
3m x 3m Festival Village Stall
25% Commission
$2,500 + GST Visiting Business/Brand Fee
$1,950 + GST Local Noosa Business/Brand Fee

Inclusions:

  1. 3m x 3m Pagoda
  2. 1m x 2.4m trestle table
  3. 1 x Fascia signage
  4. Lighting
  5. 2 x power outlets, 10-amp output
  6. 2 x Festival Glasses
  7. 4 x Staff Wristbands

Vendor to Provide:

  1. POS system
  2. Branded assets / signage displayed within tent (no external signage permitted)
Produce Stall
2.4m x 2.4m Pavilion Stall
10% Commission
$750 + GST Stall Fee

Inclusions:

  1. 2.4m x 2m space within the Producers Pavilion
  2. 1m x 1.8m trestle table
  3. 1 x Hessian table cloth
  4. 1 x Fascia signage
  5. Lighting
  6. 2 x power outlets, 10-amp output
  7. 2 x Festival Glasses
  8. 4 x Staff Wristbands

Vendor to Provide:

  1. POS system
  2. Branded assets / signage displayed within tent (no external signage permitted)
Premium Site
10m x 5m Festival Village Site
25% Commission
$5000 + GST Visiting Business/Brand Fee
$3750 + GST Local Noosa Business/Brand Fee

A Premium Site is available for brands who wish to produce an activation using their own branded assets and/or suppliers.
