Dayle Merlo has curated a menu that seamlessly blends traditional high tea fare with a modern twist. Guests can expect tiers adorned with delicate finger sandwiches, decadent pastries, and exquisite desserts.
Dayle has a longstanding reputation as one of Noosa's most accomplished chefs, a culinary genius with over two decades as head chef at Bistro C, renowned for his exceptional dishes crafted from the freshest local ingredients.
Champagne served on arrival and a hand crafted Noosa inspired cocktail served throughout the event.
Ticket Information
- Tickets: $120 + booking fees.
- Tickets include: High Tea, one wine and one cocktail.
- Dietary requirements are available.
- Tickets are strictly limited to twenty five (25) tickets per purchase - large group bookings are not available for this event.
- This is a licensed event and all ticket holders must be 18+.
- $1 from every Restaurant Event ticket purchase will be donated to OzHarvest, helping provide nourishing meals to those who need it most – $1 equals 2 meals.
