A stellar lineup—including Telina Menzies (The Espy, St Kilda), Alanna Sapwell-Stone (Eltham Hotel), Kieren Hanak (Halse Lodge), and Ryan Fitzpatrick (The Ohana Group)—will each create a signature canapé, showcasing premium and exciting ingredients like ORA King Salmon and native produce from Galeru – Cooroy.
The afternoon will be fuelled by ice-cold beers from Heads of Noosa, craft spirits from Seabourne Distillery, and the exclusive Dal Zotto Limoncello Spritz, served fresh from a dedicated spritz cart.
