Two of Queensland’s most acclaimed chefs, Alex Munoz Labart (Restaurant Labart, Paloma Wine Bar) and Noosa’s own Andy Wilcox, unite for an unforgettable dining experience at Park & Cove. This one-night-only collaboration is a celebration of the region’s rich culinary landscape, bringing together the best local produce, boutique wines, and an atmosphere that captures the essence of coastal dining.
Guests will indulge in a beautifully curated four-course menu, with each dish showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients from producers such as Noosa Reds, Ten Acres, and Coolbardie Olives. Thoughtfully paired wines from Queensland’s boutique vineyards—Ravenscroft Vineyard and Witches Falls Winery—elevate the experience, ensuring every bite and sip tells a story of place and passion.
Adding to the evening’s charm, live music will set the tone for a relaxed yet refined affair. Throughout the night, Alex and Andy will personally introduce each course, sharing insights into their craft and the inspiration behind the menu. Plus, with a nod to community spirit, $5 from every ticket sold will be donated to Lilly House, a charity dedicated to supporting women in crisis.
