Held at the stunning Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort, this immersive experience will take you through a tasting of 14 exceptional cheeses from around the world, including award-winning local varieties from the renowned Woombye Cheese Company. Each cheese will be expertly paired with hand-selected Australian wines from Wine Selectors, showcasing the magic that happens when the perfect match is found.

Guiding you through the session are Paul Diamond, Publisher and Wine Educator from Selector Magazine, and Beth O’Leary, CEO of Woombye Cheese Company. Together, they’ll share fascinating insights into the art of cheese and wine pairing—ideal for both seasoned connoisseurs and curious newcomers alike.

• Tickets include: Sample 14 international and local cheeses matched with nine premium Australian wines.
• Tickets are strictly limited to ten (10) tickets per purchase - large group bookings are not available for this event.
