For the first time ever, three culinary icons will unite to deliver an unforgettable dining experience - Noosa Waterfront, Brisbane’s acclaimed Agnes, and Bali’s renowned Mason. With a canape menu crafted by these outstanding chefs, you can expect bold flavours, creative collaborations, and food as extraordinary as the setting.
The evening will come alive with the sounds of live DJs, setting the perfect mood as you soak up the atmosphere. Paradise Arcade will take over the bar, ensuring your glass is always filled with premium drinks, including Chandon and Stone & Wood. Noosa Waterfront Restaurant is under the talented, passionate ownership of internationally experienced chef Andrea Ravezzani, one of the incredible chefs collaborating on the Official Opening Party.
Hailing from Milan, Italy, Andrea was trained in one of Europe’s most exclusive culinary schools. As well as extensive training in Italy and beyond, Andrea has received a number of prestigious awards including bronze & silver medals at the Italian Cup culinary competition, Gastronomia Expo regional competition and the World culinary competition.
Andrea creates modern, contemporary dishes inspired by Italy’s numerous culinary regions with the focus on quality handmade dishes using as many locally grown ingredients as possible.
Chef Ben Williamson brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the Official Opening Party. As co-owner and executive chef of Brisbane’s acclaimed Agnes, he is known for his refined yet bold approach to cooking, with a strong focus on high-quality, seasonal ingredients.
Having worked in top restaurants across Perth, Sydney, Bahrain, and Brisbane, Ben has developed a deep appreciation for global culinary traditions while crafting his own distinctive style. As a founding director of Anyday hospitality group, he also leads the kitchens at some of Brisbane’s most celebrated venues, including Biànca, hôntô, and sAme sAme.
For Ben, flavour is always the priority, and his dishes are a reflection of careful technique, balance, and a respect for produce. His expertise and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences make him an exciting addition to the chef lineup for this year’s Offical Opening Party.
Bringing his signature approach of elevated simplicity, Chef Benjamin Cross is set to impress at the Official Opening Party. As Co-owner and Executive Chef of Brett Hospitality Group, he leads the culinary vision behind some of Bali’s most celebrated dining destinations, including Mason, which showcases his passion for produce-driven, ingredient-focused cuisine.
Originally from New South Wales, Ben’s career has taken him across the world, refining his skills in acclaimed kitchens such as MG Garage, XO, and Rockpool under culinary icons like Janni Kyritsis and Neil Perry. His journey also includes time at renowned establishments in New York and Spain, before making his mark in Bali, where he played a key role in shaping the dining experience at KU DE TA and its fine-dining concept, Mejeakwi.
At Mason, his focus is on simple, bold flavours crafted with precision and respect for quality ingredients. With a wealth of international experience and an unwavering dedication to his craft, Ben is a dynamic addition to the chef lineup for this year’s Official Opening Party.
