    Competition Title: 'Win the Ultimate Noosa Getaway at the 2025 Noosa Eat & Drink Festival'

    1. Competition Overview

    By purchasing an Early Bird ticket to the 2025 Noosa Eat & Drink Festival, you will be automatically entered into the draw to win the Early Bird Festival Village Noosa Getaway, a prize package valued at over $3,500.

    2. Eligibility

    • Entry is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older.
    • Employees, immediate family members, and contractors of Noosa Eat & Drink Festival, Accom Noosa, and associated partners are not eligible to enter.
    • This promotion is open to Australian residents only.

    3. Competition Period

    • The competition opens 12pm (AEST) on 23rd October 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 18th December 2024.
    • Any Early Bird tickets purchased outside this period will not qualify for entry.

    4. How to Enter

    • Purchase an Early Bird Festival Village ticket for the 2025 Noosa Eat & Drink Festival during the competition period, and you will automatically be entered into the draw. Each ticket purchase counts as one entry.
    • Multiple entries are allowed; each ticket purchased will grant a separate entry.

    5. Prize Details

    The prize includes the following:

    • 3-night stay in a two-bedroom deluxe apartment at Fairshore Noosa, valued at $3,150 (courtesy of Accom Noosa).
    • Exclusive entry for 2 to a Chandon Lounge session, valued at $105 per ticket (total $210).
    • 2 x Tickets to the Official Opening Party, valued at $195 per ticket (total $390).
    • Total prize package value: $3,750 AUD.

    6. Prize Conditions

    • The accommodation at Fairshore Noosa is subject to availability and must be used during the 2025 Noosa Eat & Drink Festival dates, Friday 30th May, Saturday 1st June and Sunday 2nd June.
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
    • If the winner is unable to claim or use the prize, no compensation will be provided.

    7. Winner Selection and Notification

    • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
    • The draw will take place on 19th December 2024.
    • The winner will be notified via email and phone within 3 business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

    8. Publicity

    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Noosa Eat & Drink Festival to use their name and any photos taken for promotional purposes related to the festival, without additional compensation.

    9. Liability

    • Noosa Eat & Drink Festival and its partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the use of the prize or participation in the competition.
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Noosa Eat & Drink Festival reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the competition.

    10. Privacy

    • Any personal information provided during entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
