To close our festival weekend, celebrated tour-de-force of the Australian culinary scene, Matt Moran, joins Locale restaurant to present an elegant Finale Dinner to farewell the 2021 festival in grand style.
Surrounded by the lush gardens and amid the dramatic candlelit elegance of Locale, this dinner will be a night to remember as Matt Moran brings his magic to the menu.
Joining Matt in the curation of the Finale Dinner will be Joel Bickford of Aria fame and awarded Locale chef Chris Hagan who, together, will create an unforgettable dining experience.
